Hey guys it's Lauren again. Ok so it's exercising today. Well to keep you in shape you should at least everyday run about ten minutes. You can run (jog) to the mail box and get the mail and run back, a pretty good exercise. Or you can go to your background run laps. Remember to stretch first before you stretch or you might pull a muscle while your running and that hurts... SO next time we'll go back to healthy eating :)

ACLH17's healthy tips
Hello guys!!! Do u want to be healthy then ACLH17 is going to help u be healthy. Aerin and I are starting a program to keep u healthy well... I haven't asked Aerin yet but I think it'll be ok.. I think... Well anyways let's start with healthy eating first! OK.. Do you like strawberries? Do u like yogurt? Do u like granola? Well this is a really healthy was to eat... So you get a bowl or a cup and but the granola at the bottom, then put the yogurt on top, then you'll pet the strawberries on top of the granola and the yogurt than you have a tasty meal!

Th party #2
Hey Guys!
I'm here to tell you about the party. It was really fun!But Aerin AND caity didn't being their Zhu Zhu pets.... :( Well that was okay because Adriana brought her spa factory!!!! But they spilled black nail polish on my carpet.... :( The swimming was really fun we made up these animals named cheekes.. It was really fun and also we played marco polo. Everyone came but Brianna came really lateeeeeee. but it was ok. At night we roasted marshmallows and waded. And I gave some dolls out, and bags, well they were donation anyway and Kiley, I gave her a fish hat and two dolls cause she didn't get a bag! Plus Kiley was the last one to leave so i Gave her a special gift the green mushroom..... It has secret identity.. LOL!

Today is the party
Today is the party and it's going to be so much fun, Aerin was going to bring her Zhu ZHu pet but she forgot! But I hope Caity brings it! But Adriana is going to bring her spa thing..... SO at least we have something we can play with.... Brianna said maybe she might come but she didn't call me email me or text yet, so im not sure...... i hope she does come.... Adriana is coming early so that's good and Aerin might come early and Aerin right now is asking her mom if they can go back to their house to get a zhu zhu pet..... I wish her mom says yet, well this is all for now and i'll or Aerin will tell you how the party went@!!

WHATTTTTTTT???????????? Schools out already??? (Well almost) WHATTTTTTT??????? It's so strange. It's so wierd. It's so AWESOME! Well I'll miss Heidi next year for she is not coming... :( Well I want to go to Mrs. Peters class in 5th grade and I hope I do. *sigh* but 5th grade math is probally going to be hard, and you no it, I'm not good at math.
