ACLH17's healthy tips

Hey guys it's Lauren again. Ok so it's exercising today. Well to keep you in shape you should at least everyday run about ten minutes. You can run (jog) to the mail box and get the mail and run back, a pretty good exercise. Or you can go to your background run laps. Remember to stretch first before you stretch or you might pull a muscle while your running and that hurts... SO next time we'll go back to healthy eating :)
